Computer Recording Software can initially seem like an elusive and intimidating subject to get your head around or get your hands on usable information on the basic concepts but with a little groundwork and effort you will be programming your own beats, recording your own songs and producing your own hits in a short time.
Computer recording software is used on a daily basis to record and mix your favorite songs you hear on the radio, the advertisements you hear on on the radio , the soundtracks and SFX(Sound FX) you hear in the cinema when you go watch a movie or when you watch your favorite TV show. Basically any sound you hear coming from any source that is not part of nature has been recorded and mixed on some kind of Computer Recording software.
My name is David Campos and I’ve been working in recording studios using computer recording software most of my life. I grew up in my dad’s studio and I have witnessed the amazing transformation technology has brought to the music industry through computers and computer recording software. make yourself at home as I take you through the basics on to the next step where you will soon make your own music.

[..YouTube..] HOHOHO damn you got Omnisphere,Trillian and Stylus these are brilliant Plug-ins each of those synths got 50gb and more of Samples (are you working for Spectrasonic???) , but nice work , pls next time show some Free Plug ins and not the best of the best´s ultra expensive Plug-ins.

Logic Studio is only available for Apple Mac
I am a big Logic fan and I’m a big Apple fan , So for me it was a real no brainer.
HOWEVER ….. everything I did on this video you can do on Cubase 5 , and THAT you can get on PC. Stylus RMX is also available as a plug-in on PC too which you will be able to run in Cubase.

David, You are so organic man, hence the organic sound. Most peeps get tricked by flashing lights, air conditioning and big armchairs then they think thats what makes music. BUT YOU KEEP IT REAL! Well done.

I also bought a AKAI MPK25 usb/MIDI Keyboard. I can still bring this last item back before I open it. [..YouTube..] @chessdude67 Hi Chess Dude !!The akai looks fine to me . you can play keys on it or punch in your beats with the triggers . Logic express is great for beginners. you can start and then upgrade later to logic studio. btw . I have many libraries BUT I still use mostly logics internal virtual instruments . Dont worry . You cant go wrong. I will be making alot of videos as time goes, just keep in touch

I used logic pro 8 in college for the first semester, as I have never recorded before it was difficult at first but after a while it was ok but it kept crashing and having system overloads and all different troubles and basically it was very annoying to work with at times, but I see a lot of people on youtube and pros using logic and im just wondering am i missing something here, is it better than it seems, or does it take time and experience?

David, thanks for the free e-book, great start for me. However, I have some specific questions on USB controllers, the MAC/PC concerning internal processing speeds needed to run Logic or any other DAW. I’m getting ready to plan the purchase of these items to get my Techno project started. I researched some of the questions I had on the above items, but didn’t find the info I was looking for, since all I read was specifications as opposed to talking to someone live. Didn’t want to put a big post of questions here if this wasn’t the forum to do it. Let me know, and thanks in advance.

There is very few in this world who would provide what you do, Others would simply jump on for the money.
My lack of understanding focuses on which site to upload to, I found many and yep you guessed it, the more you read into them, the more “negative” comments you find, also alot of them like to charge a fee for their service, which for any struggling up-an-coming band, may not be affordable to the right sites, anyway, which if any would you advise?
